Loan Signing and Notarization Services
Loan Signings: A flat fee of $150 covers all services, including copies of loan closing packages for clients.
Notarizations:Â $15 per signature / Certified Copy: $10 per copy
You can choose to meet at a copy store, where I will observe as you make the actual copy of the original document, or you can hand me the original document, and I will create the copy for you.
Specialized Services (additional fees apply to notarial acts):
Travel Fees: $10 - $60
The travel fee will vary based on distance and travel time.
Witness: $15 each (witnesses provided by Notary4U)
Additional fees apply for requests outside regular hours (7:00am 5:00pm CT) or on weekends.

Loan signing companies will use direct deposit.
