Hi. I am Leanne Miarka, a trained and experienced notary here to help you with your document signing needs.

My journey in the mortgage industry began in 2019, where I’ve had the privilege of serving in vital roles ranging from Loan Officer to Closing and Post‑Closing Manager. My experience has even allowed me to help broker companies transition into full lenders—an opportunity that strengthened my passion for this industry and the people in it.

 

In 2015, I became a Notary Loan Signing Agent, and helping people has been at the core of my work ever since. Over the years, I’ve met so many incredible individuals and families. I’ve had the honor of assisting them during some of life’s happiest and most exciting moments—applying for a marriage license, purchasing their first home, refinancing to create a nursery for a baby on the way, or finalizing documents for adoption.

And for couples who want to “elope and go,” I’m here for that too. I’m a Wedding Officiant who specializes in small, intimate ceremonies that focus on love, connection, and simplicity.

 

Compassion and empathy are essential in my work as a mobile notary. I’ve also supported clients during some of their most difficult times, including notarizing Wills and Powers of Attorney for end‑of‑life situations. Being able to ease even a small part of someone’s stress during those moments is one of the reasons I love what I do. The hugs I receive from clients are an added blessing.

The notary profession is constantly evolving, and I’m committed to growing with it. I’ve learned from incredible mentors, built meaningful friendships, and embraced new skills through ongoing education and networking. Every bit of knowledge I gain allows me to better serve the people who trust me with their most important documents.

 

Today, even after relocating to another state, I continue to conduct loan signings with the same dedication and care. My background in the mortgage industry allows me to confidently guide borrowers and sellers through lender and title documents with clarity and ease.
